Are you positive? And what about if I got a new, sealed iPhone... What firmware would it most likely be?

At this point in the game, you'll get an iPhone with 6.1.3 or 6.1.4.

But of course there are exceptions to absolute statements.

Yes, its too late to expect 6.1.2 or below.

New in box, there could be a less than 5% chance it's on 6.1.2

Most likely you'll be getting one with 6.1.3 or 6.1.4

If it was produced in June it's most likely a 6.1.4.

My replacement iP5 was also manufactured in w22 of 2013. Came with 6.1.4. That is, you won't receive anything pre-6.1.3.

Hope you do get one with 6.1.2 or below but odds are very slim.
