At this point in the game, you'll get an iPhone with 6.1.3 or 6.1.4.

But of course there are exceptions to absolute statements.

Yes, its too late to expect 6.1.2 or below.
6.1.3 came out on March 19 2013.
What about a New-In-Box iPhone 5?

Produced in June of 2013... Definitely will ship with iOS 5.0.1

Thinking to self.... "smart azz" btw my last replacement in April was 6.1.2 and the one b4 that and I'm pretty damn sure it April and March, 2013 was manufactured in hmmmm..... 6.1.3 era

New in box, there could be a less than 5% chance it's on 6.1.2

Most likely you'll be getting one with 6.1.3 or 6.1.4

If it was produced in June it's most likely a 6.1.4.

My replacement iP5 was also manufactured in w22 of 2013. Came with 6.1.4. That is, you won't receive anything pre-6.1.3.
