Any issues syncing an Apple Watch on WatchOS 10?

I may try an iOS 18 beta next month, but won't if there are any bugs with WatchOS 10 syncing. I have a Series 5 which cannot run WatchOS 11.

Haven’t noticed any issues with my watch on 10 and phone on 18.

I have no issues here between Watch OS11 and iOS18.

I ran WatchOS10 for a few days and it worked fine with iOS18. I just updated the WatchOS11 last night and had no issues.
