there most likely won't be a jailbreak for iOS 6.1.3 so don't get your hopes up. When the iOS 7 jailbreak comes out, there MIGHT be a chance for a 6.1.3 jailbreak

Sure there may be a lot of websites say that but it's NOT difficult to just search for more 'creditable' site. Let's see, the people who develops JB tools (the dev team, Evaders, etc).
