I want to be able to call people using my iPad using handoff but so far we're only allowed to call address book contacts.

There is Continuity Keypad for Yosemite. Is there something similar for iPad?

Bumpity bump bump. That would be cool. Also-

I just wanna be able to dial *3001#12345#* and see dB for signal strength instead of stupid dots without having to edit a .plist file. Someone should make a tweak for this lol

Restart your phone while you're in the field test app and you'll see dB for signal strength

This can be done on stock iOS. To change back to the dots, go back into the field test app and exit the app

To temporarily change to dots, tap the signal area and it'll switch back and forth

I know this already. I've had mine changed on a few different phones for years. Check the thread title again... OP is asking about iPad, and my somewhat off topic post was also referring to iPad. :)
