I really do like everything about my Apple leather band. It's slim, feels nice, has the same color stitching as the band, etc.

I bought it on here used, and it's been a great purchase!

I'd love to have the black, and at the time I bought the brown, the seller had the black also, but I didn't buy both because I wasn't sure if I would love them.

I just can't make myself pay Apple's prices for one new.

Any third-party ones that are even close to the same?

I just got a a used apple classic leather black off of ebay for about $50. It seems practically unused. I would recommend looking there. I have leather bands from pad and quill and arrow somthing - the apple one is much nicer

I've mentioned this in other conversations where people are asking about leather bands. While it's not an Apple like band, the leather that I really like is from FFF. There is no buckle underneath your wrist, the placement of the stud is right up next to the watch. Simple, unique and incredible comfortable. Customer service is excellent too.

I also agree with looking on eBay or even here in the Marketplace. I found a pre owned authentic Leather Loop on eBay that I am really enjoying.
