Any Los Angeles Campers?

Looking for advice and stuff like that, as I'm not sure where to go and how early I should get there...

I was thinking 4 A.M. at the nearest Apple Store, is that too early, not early enough?

FWIW i'm still undecided on whether or not I want one june 29th, but if I do, it'll be as early as I can line up at one of the apple stores inside an indoor mall..I'm thinking Beverly Center, even though Century City's closest to me, but that's outdoors and someone might camp out or something..

janey, I'll be at the beverly center as well. Probably around 12.

I'll cruise by the Apple Store in Old Town Pasadena around lunchtime on the 29th to scope out the scene. I just can't believe people will be waiting in line all day...It was like 90 degrees today and no shade on Colorado Blvd. F*ck that !

Anyway, I plan on getting in line around 5pm or so. There was gigantic line when H&M opened there a few months ago, so i already have an alarming image burned into my memory of hundreds of people cued up all around the block with security guards at the doors.

It was hot today wasn't it... I was thinking of going up and taking pictures of the crowd at the Pasadena Apple Store. I'm not in the market for getting one anytime soon, but I've never lived so close to an Apple store before, so I'll probably walk over there that evening.

Orange County Camping!

I have not decided whether I will be going to the Apple store or an ATT store. Either way it will be somewhere in or surrounding areas of Irvine. I plan to get there very early on Friday morning
