Hello, I have a Microsoft 365 subscription, and I also use the "Classic" version of Teams on my Mac. I would like to start using the more current version of Teams, I understand for one, its notifications are now native to the Mac.
My understanding is that Teams is part of Microsoft 365, and I see it mentioned in the checkbox comparison on microsoft.com, comparing different plans for Microsoft 365. However, if I re-download Microsoft 365, there is no Teams app to install. I found a "Microsoft Teams (for school or work) app version, but it would not let me log into it with my personal email (which is my Microsoft 365 account sign-on). I am thinking that as a personal user, my only choices are the Classic Teams app or to use Teams on a browser. Is this true, or is there an updated version of Teams for the Mac/Microsoft 365 that I am missing?
Thanks!
