I'm looking for a music subscription app that lets you download songs to be played offline OUTSIDE of the app, in the native iOS music app, with all the other music you have on your phone.

If all of them have this capability, thats great, but I need to know before I send my credit card info out there. Maybe beats music would do this?

If there are no companies that do this, it needs to happen!

You can do that with Spotify and Beats music. You just have to connect once a month to verify your subscription.

Edit: No you can't use any other app to play the music. No service allows you to do that.

That would fall into the 'too good to be true' category. Pay for a subscription for one month. Download EVERYTHING. Cancel sub.

Repeat again every 6 months.

Thats a damn shame. Beats music should be the first being owned by apple. That would take me from not remotely interested in a subscription to downloading and handing over my credit card immediately.

Could operate just like the actual app does, making you connect every month to verify the subscription or else those songs are greyed out in the native iOS music app.

I would just love this because I like using the shuffle feature and using data to listen to music that I'm paying for seems like a waste to me. Having two separate music libraries would be annoying. I dont get how anyone can find these subscription services useful.

I think you can import the library from your phone into Spotify radio, plus you can sync Spotify stuff for offline use. Does that help you any?

hmmm certainly something to think about, is there unlimited uploading?
