any need for Windows 64-bit in Parallels VM?

if I'm installing Win7 in a Parallels VM, is there really any reason to go with 64-bit? Is there any reason NOT to go with 64-bit if I'm using it in this manner?

Are you going to dedicate 4GB+ Ram for the VM? And what are you going to be using the VM for?

if I dedicate 4GB to the VM, there will be 0 left for OSX, so no. I use Windows/Parallels for very minimal tasks on my system.
