Any noticeable differences between the 2.66 and 2.93 processors?

Is the speed difference any noticeable when doing your occasional music, movies, surfing the interwebs and slight gaming?

with 2.93, the gaming, encoding, rendering is faster. you might not really notice it that much, but it would be faster. movies, web surfing, typing text really isn't.

I had a 2.66 GHz for a couple weeks, then took an opportunity to upgrade to a 2.93 GHz.

Honestly, I don't game or do major editing or anything and I haven't noticed a difference. It's purely dependent on what kind of tasks you're going to throw at your computer.
