Personally I don't think your specification is what they're going to put on the new iMacs. The current iMac has a HIGH END Core 2 Duo, and yet the iMac is still behind the rest for processing power, so a Core i3 will be very unlikely on the high end models. Using a Core 2 Duo would keep the premium computer very close to the low end Macs, and would keep them behind the rest of the industry.
Apple May not use Core i3 at all, since they are low end (buget) processors.
Or it may use AMD Triple Core Processor for low end iMacs (unlikely)
