When I upgraded to 9.3.2 on my iPhone 6+ it turned off the iCloud Music Library toggle in the settings I turned it back on. When I returned to Apple Music it said it was loading the iCloud Music files. It stayed this way for about 15 minutes then flashed the notification you see below. A check of the iCloud toggle showed it was off, as if it had timed out. My iPad Air with 9.3.2 has no such problem, nor does Apple Music on the Apple TV (4). Only the iPhone. Anyone else with this as problem? I am unable to get My Apple Music albums or save any new ones unless This is turned on. All I have on the iPhone are the files actually stored on the iPhone.

Mine is actually completely opposite. I have a iPad Pro 9.7 on 9.3.1 that kept having that failed notification. After updated it now worked. It's strang because it has always worked on my Mac, iPad Air 2, iPad Pro 12.9 and iPhone 6S Plus. It was specifically the iPP 9.7 that it didn't work with until the update.

i posted the same thing on the Apple Services forum and no reply. It happens on my iPhone 6 running iOS 9.3.1 but not on my old iPhone 5 running iOS 9.3.2. Super annoying, I already signed out completely multiple times and i still get this error

I am only having problems with my iPhone 6+ My iPad Air is great, and the TVOS update worked great. One thing the update has done is fixed what I called phantom files in Apple Music. These where personal music files I loaded through iTunes. I get a lot of CD's from Japan, and the UK which are not in iTunes US . The album was there but it was unplayable, I can now play all of them.
[doublepost=1463580599][/doublepost]By the way if you want fast access to Apple support sign up to the Apple Support twitter feed. very fast response to your notes. I was texting them last night to report the problem but it was at the end of the day. So I will start in this morning to be sure Apple is aware of this problem.

Since I last posted I had a very unsatisfactory session with Apple support. I reported the iPad as being OK well thanks to the Genius at Apple is now has the same problem as my iPhone 6+. I am unable to access the iCloud Music Library. I toggle it on but it times out after 15 minutes. Interestingly I am able to access it on Verizon wireless.but as soon as I return to my home WiFi network I lose access. I have a Apple Airport Extreme it does have the latest drivers and all of that. The Apple support person thought very highly of his abilities which was a little hard to take for a person who started out with IBM main frames back about 1970. He was not answering questions but was directing and dumped me as soon as it seemed like the problem was fixed, it wasn't. I decided to enabled music match but it looks like I am not going to be able to access it until this iCloud Music problem it fixed. This is the first time I have had any trouble with any iOS product I suppose there is always a first time.
