I bought a new phone a few months ago and unfortunately it came with 9.1 so I cannot jailbreak it. At this point, is there any reason to not update to 9.2.1? Is there any chance a jailbreak gets posted for 9.1 at this point (that doesn't work with 9.2.1 or 9.3)? Seems unlikely to me.

Is there a reason not to stay on 9.1 until something is released? Nobody knows what will be released or for what iOS version. You never know it could be 9.1 that gets the JB first.

I hope for a jailbreak soon after 9.3 has been officially released. So, just stay where you are at the moment. In case, I am right, you can easily restore to 9.3 and jailbreak :)

Today was a perfect example. Pangu Jailbreak has been released for 9.1 devices. There ya go!
