Any Remote apps to control old sterio

No. That receiver is so old, there is no "remote support" other than by standard infrared remote.
There used to be a company that made an infrared blaster that plugged in to an iPhone, but the company went out of business a few years ago, and the app doesn't run on iOS 6 or newer. (Plus, it was a 30-pin dock connector accessory, so won't work on Lightning port devices.)

Not directly, but you could use something like the Harmony Hub and the Harmony iOS app that controls the hub to control the device using IR.
