Any reviews on the mid level 2014 M.M.

Hi
Considering the Mid Level 2014. Not looking to upgrade memory or HD
close to pulling the trigger just need some user reviews on whether the HD is fast enough for general use. I'm in South Africa so the options of upgrading before buying are limited as Apple doesn't have a Store here only Resellers. other wise might have upgraded to an SSD in the mid range .

I recently bought the mid level and upgraded to an SSD.

Only really used it for itunes, browsing and downloading though so far. No issues at all and feels fast and fluid.

Will probably stick with the internal HD and possibly use an external SSD in the future.
