Any Stands That Can Charge and/or Sync the iPad?

I've been looking for a stand for my iPad since I got it because I would need it to be standing up in some way to practically sync it constantly (so I have enough space on my desk for it). I've seen some nice stands, but I'd like something with a dock connector on it so I can just put my iPad in and have it sync without having to plug the cable into the iPad on the top part of my desk, too. Some sort of iPhone support would be a plus (maybe compatibility to sync the iPhone as well).

There is an accessories thread in this section that has several stands that do what your asking. Fly tho the apple branded stand for the ipad fits the iPhone too.

I think I'm looking more for something like the many metal and rubber stands, but with a dock connector. I haven't been a big fan of Apple's dock, and I'd like a stand that's multi-positional.
