While I enjoy shopping assistant threads, I agree a new one every day is not helpful. We have one for Apple and one for Best Buy. Perhaps that is enough.

Not trying to defend the OP, but he/she did indicate they're located in France which would explain a few things.
Uh, you stated yesterday, in the second thread after you were told in the first one where they were, that you yourself was in NY and wanted to pick one up.
I am calling BS and that you are just posting for the sake of posting. but when you go off and start creating whole threads dedicated to your own unwillingness to do any leg work, thats crossing the line.

Well it's not like an Apple store is going to ship an iPad to France, so it stands to reason that if the OP really is in France, (though it's been said he/she said they were in NYC previously) they must have someone buying it for them who is in the US, so that person could call.
Seems to me the OP is either not very resourceful or just plain lazy.
Yes. In the 6 days I've owned it I've had strong wi-fi at both of my homes and my office so no need to enable AT&T yet. I've got cellular data turned off, haven't subscribed yet.

I bought one there yesterday. They were a pleasure to deal with. I got sick of the Apple Cat and Mouse game at their stores. I must say, it feels nice to have it in my hands and have the WIFI 64 sold...
