The subject says it all. I'd love to get an iMac now and defer the payments a bit if I can. Anyone know of any reputable stores that offer financing plans?

not sure if the Apple stores offer financing in-store, but if not, have you looked at Best Buy? they sell Macs now, and they have their own credit card that you can apply for in-store.

Apple Stores have financing. If you apply in-store and are approved instantly, they can print a barcode and you can buy in-store.

If you apply online and are approved instantly, you can order online.

Otherwise, if they can't verify your credit, or you have been rejected, you probably won't get an answer for up to 2 weeks.

There was a thread I posted in a few weeks ago... search for Credit and you should be able to find it.

You can try www.macmall.com. Mac mall is a reseller so just make sure they have the Mac you want in stock but they usually have 6 months no payment and no interest.
