I'm looking for a complete theme with a white UI. Something like the BiteSMS theme ChalkLight, but for the whole UI. Thanks

Noki HD. I had to tinker with it a little for my 4S.
There're a number of white themes over at mmi.
Oh, silly me. Totally forgot that if you get Auros, you can use the white icons instead of the dark ones. And the phone dialer is gorgeous!
