iPhone Any Themes that give the appearance of a Prototype iPhone?

I know many may find this distractive and unappealing, but I'd like to locate a Cydia theme that give the appearance of a functional iPhone prototype.

Something along these lines:

I've searched Cydia (and Google images) but so far positive results are lacking.
