Any tips on Mini server Setup...

I am going to download the server software, but was wondering if anyone had any tips on setting up a mini 2012 to use as a server...

Do you guys setup a new unique username for the administrator or use your normal apple ID?

Do you keep using the iCloud functions?

I'm just playing with it, buy any tips for someone starting out setting a mini server up would be appreciated...

What are you looking to do with your server? I use my 2012 mini as a home file/media/downloads/backups server, to host my website and email, and it runs a VM for a pair of Discord bots.

I'd start out with basic file server, plex server, backup server and maybe email.

The idea of cacheing apple updates of all the iPads in the house got me to get off my butt to try to set a mi ni server up.
