Any tricks for the remote?

So the little remote that comes with most all macs now.

Can it do any tricks, like put the system into standby or anything? Any programs that you can assign click combinations to do tasks?

Ok I guess holding down play puts the system in to standby, very nice.

Yes. If you hold down the play/pause button for a few seconds, a sleeping remote icon will appear and the computer will go to sleep. You can then use the same button to wake your machine.
