MP 1,1-5,1 Any way around the PCIe 1.0 speed limitation in Bootcamp?

Is there any alternative way to get around the PCIe 1.0 speed slow down? I'm debating whether or not it would be worth it to just add a Vega 56 to my Mac Pro, but the fact that bootcamp slows the GPU PCIe transfer to 1.0 speeds is somewhat of a turn-off.

Please update to the latest BootROM 144.0.0.0.0.

This bug was fixed few months back.
