Works fine with iphones, it's how i've jailbroken my dad's iphone 3g (twice). I even went the other way round with mine when i didn't have access to my mac.

Should be fine with a touch

QuickPwn wasn't responding to the Touch being plugged into my MacBook. The Touch was set up on a PC so I thought that had something to do with it because I JB my iPhone about a week ago with no problems.
