Any way to convert a voicemail into a ring tone?

I'm not sure where the voicemail recordings are stored but if you SSH into your iphone and look around you should find them, they might be named by date/time. Unless they are just streamed then you would have to find a way to get it on your pc, maybe from att account somehow. After that just convert it to z4a or whatever the extension is for ringtones.
