iPad Pro Any way to disable the trackpad cursor “lock” onto screen elements with magic keyboard?

Not sure how else to say it, but I mean when the cursor locks onto an element on the iPad screen. Sometimes, I want to click something, and it jumps over to the nearest element and I end up clicking the wrong thing. Happens when I want to select a tab in Safari, it jumps to the X instead of the tab, and I end up closing the tab instead of selecting it. And other things like that.

Any way to disable that?

Turn off Pointer Animations under Accessibility->Pointer Control
