Any way to Download thru iTunes? (public beta)

I don't have access to wifi right now. Is there any way to download and install the public beta without wifi at this time?

No. A specific Public Beta server is used that the Mac or PC version of iTunes cannot access. Sorry.

Notes ios9 doesn't sync with Yosemite, but maybe you knew that.

Also on my iPhone 6 Calander, reminders, and contacts don't sync with iCloud.

Only notes works on iPhone 6

Anyone manage to fix this ? (I don't have a developer account)

The improved Notes.app only syncs with devices on iOS9 and with El Capitan. This has been well documented by Apple and you get a warning before you upgrade your existing notes.

A clarification: The "upgraded" Notes app only syncs with iOS 9 and El Capitan.

I chose to not upgrade my Notes app data (or any of my iCloud back end) to the new version. My Notes data is still available in iOS 9 and El Capitan, and also on the iOS 9 device - in addition, I'm also presented with an "Upgrade" option in the iOS 9/El Capitan Notes apps.
