Any way to enjoy iPhone technology if you don't have AT&T in America

So I really love the iPhone technology (the apps, touch screen, etc.) but I don't have AT&T.

I will not get an unlocked iPhone, to me that's just a form of piracy.

Is there any way I can still enjoy the basic technology of the iPhone, even if I can't use it as a phone????

Like is there a device on the market also made by Apple, that is JUST like an iPhone, but without the phone/texting/GPS technology????

That 'ipod touch' looks cool, but I don't really need all those functions, I just want music.

The problem is though, is that I need much more space, closer to 120gb.

If only Apple made a device where you could listen to music with a larger HD and without the touch screen.
