I have iTunes match and pretty much don't sync my phone anymore since I have iCloud, but I can't seem to get my new podcasts on my iPhone without manually syncing it to my computer. Are there any easier ways?

Podcast Apps

If you don't mind going completely computer-less you can try out some of the apps in the App Store that are dedicated to podcast management/viewing. My recommendation would be for the Downcast app. I've also had pretty good experiences with Instacast and Podcaster.

If you're like me, I've moved away from consuming podcast content on the computer and switched to my iDevices for that task.

I just gave up synching them with my computer. Since I listen to most of my podcasts on my phone, I bought a copy of Downcast and download them straight to my phone in the morning.

A third recommendation for Downcast. I've tried Podcaster and another app that I can't think of right now and Downcast is the best. The others just have a weird feeling to them.

Downcast for me too.

I waited far too long for Apple to acknowledge their own obstacles in making iOS devices truly PC-free and eliminating the need to sync so I got Downcast (subscribe to podcasts) and PhotoSync (transfer photos/video wirelessly). Now I haven't synced to itunes in over a week and love it.
