I like having the bookmark bar while browsing in Safari, but it would be nice to be able to hide it temporarily to reclaim the screen space for browsing. Is this possible?

As far as I'm aware this can be done through the Safari settings, which you access through the main settings app from the Home Screen.

I was afraid of that... Hopefully this is something that Apple will update in a future software patch.

Really enjoying surfing the web with this device.

if you have the bookmarks bar hidden, it will re-appear temporarily if you click on the address bar.
