I'd like to use apple calendar but I need to setup meetings that rely on teams and zoom. The only video call option by default is facetime. Is this something we can change? maybe i'm missing something very simple!

Thanks for the help.

As far as I'm aware, this is not possible for Teams meetings.

You either set them up in Teams and sync into Calendar, or download Outlook for Mac and use that.

Not sure about Zoom though...don't really use it.

You can copy/paste links in Apple Calendar but not generate links from the app except for FaceTime from what I know. I use Fantastical which supports creation of links in Zoom, Teams and Google Meet, and it works well

This.

In the case of Zoom, every notice of a Zoom meeting I've seen has a link in it to Add to Calendar. The link for the meeting winds up in the Notes field of the event. Not the URL field, but close.
