as in extras i've ripped from the dvds or blu-rays i own so it is somehow connected to the film i have already ripped into itunes for apple tv(2)? or is it going to look like just another movie?

Been thinking along those lines too.

So far I've taken the simple route.

Since I don't use podcasts much in my library, I put them there.

------
In iTunes, select movie, get info, type in "Podcast" in the Genre.
------

The original movie does NOT save this info!

This makes it very easy to find on the Apple TV
I think the Apple TV is going to be a bigger hit then most realize.

that sounds like it might be the best way to manage movie extras. thanks.

The original Apple TV you could put the Movie and all the Extras i one folder now n the Apple TV 2 you can't. Well done Apple going backwards.

Can't see one reason why anyone would use the new Apple over the original.
