Curious if there's any way to run 4k on this machine to a 4k TV. I assume probably not, but I do not see a Mac mini capable of that right now, right? I have been using it as a Plex server, but now that I've got a 4K TV... I wanted to use it to the fullest.

no sir.. well yes and no.
With an active display adaptor you may be able to get a 4K output.
But there is a big difference between displaying a 4K output and playing 4K UHD content.

Unless you have ripped 4K movies on your Plex Server which are 50-85GB each sometimes more, then you're still just playing a 1080p video.
