Any Way to Recover Deleted Cycorder Video?

I accidently deleted a video i recorded in cycorder and desperately would like to get it back. Does anyone know of any way I can try to get this video back?

In short... No.

If you could mount the iPhone as a removable drive and get software that enables you to browse the raw disk and view all the raw memory on it you can look for the folder and the MOV headers and try to copy all the contingent space to a new file in a Hex editor, repair the headers with that of a video you have already recorded that works, save it and try to play.

But not at all for the novice.
