Any way to replicate tapping the back arrow, for accessibility purposes?

Is there an accessibility feature or something that I can use to perform a tap in the upper left corner (like where the back arrow typically is)? I have tried a custom gesture and a few other things combined with the assistive touch but can't get this to work. Ideally I want something to respond like the accessibility voice command "go back."

Yes, it's also a problem, due to finger dexterity unfortunately. Thanks for the idea tho!
