Any way to restore a 5.1.1 without Internet?

I tried deleting all JB data and now it's just stuck in DFU mode. If I turn it on it just stays at the boot logo. The only thing I was thinking is the latest version of iTunes before they added the verify restore so I can restore it without Internet but I'm not sure what firmware it was before they added it

No sorry, iTunes and OTA updates both require the internet to work.
