iPhone Any Way to Restore iPhone with iOS 6, Without Updating to iOS 7 or 8?

I have a Verizon iPhone 4 which has never been updated past iOS 6.1 and the phone is actually smoother and better performing than my other iPhone 4 that has iOS 7.

I'm simply wondering if I do a restore if I can somehow keep my iOS 6.

iOS 6 was the last true, great iOS that Steve Jobs introduced before Ive and Cook messed everything up and slowed our phones down.

Any way at all would be appreciated. Thanks!

If yes you can use semi restore or ilexRat.

If in original state then you can erase, reset setting and can restore, but if JB then don't think so.
