any way to save/convert very old FileMaker files?

Believe it or not, I'm still running Mac OS X 10.14. I just found some very old FileMaker files that I'd like to update and keep, but when trying to install the old demos available at Claris (which are kept online for people like me who find old files), OS X says they're from an unknown developer and refuses to install them. Anyone have any ideas here? Is there an online FileMaker version converter, by any chance? Thanks for all feedback.
