Any way to stop formatting of network shares?

people go onto a network share and they change the way they view the folder in finder.
Then the next time I go there its set to some brutal view with colors on folders etc.

Is there a simple way to change that?
If I disable ds store on network shares the users end up having a brutal time.

sigh I miss linux/windows file sharing.

Turning off Write Attributes for the group's ACL should stop them from being able to change how they view files and folders.
