Any web browser that opens new tab with 3D Touch?

In Safari, you can peek and pop with 3D Touch, but the "pop" part opens the link in the same tab.

The animation kinda looks like it's opening a new tab, but that's not what it actually does.

Is there any web browser in the App Store that makes the "pop" part open the link in a new tab?

Yeah I know, but being able to set the "pop" to open in a new tab seems more practical.
