Any word of flanged tips for AirPods pro?

Like the title says, I find that on all my inears, flanged tips always gave me better insolation. On triple flanged I would always cut the smaller one. Double flanged ones, well designed could also fit in AirPods charging case.

Have you heard of anyone trying to do it?

I haven't heard of it yet but I want it. The standard ear tips don't fit me well at any size.
