any word on classic monopoly?

I'm not sure, but the Here & Now version is pretty awesome. All that's different are the names of the properties and the monetary value. It's on sale for $4.99 and it's SWEET. The only problem I had was figuring out who was offering what in a trade. AI ripped me off once or twice before I figured out what was going on.
it didn't take me long to figure out which properties are more desirable or valuable on the Here and Now version, so I agree it really is just a variation on the name and it doesn't make a big difference in game play

There are basically cities, stations and utilities. Cities include some of the major cities like London, Paris, Shanghai, Montreal and Riga.
Montreal and Riga are the most desirable ones. Once you build a hotel there, the rent is 25million which feels very satisfying
I agree that EA should make the trade a little more noticeable because it takes me about a minute to know which side I am on and one time I traded montreal for london and 300K, which really sucked
Nope. I think the costs are like $4 million for whatever Boardwalk is instead of $400. When you pass go, you get $2 million. The color schemes are all the same, so it should look familiar. The game knows the rules for you, which speeds things up.
As I said, the only issue I had was figuring out who was trading what. That's the only gripe I have after one game (I won, boo yah).
I don't see what the issue is with Here & Now. All of the properties are simply named differently and all of the money is increased by a factor of 1000. Everything else is the same including the colors and such. For instance, you know that Boardwalk and Park Place are the highest priced properties and are in the blue tiles at the end of the board. In Here and Now they're in the same place and simply called Riga and Montreal. It was a quick adjustment for me and I imagine would be for most everyone who has played classic.
The trading screen is counter intuitive. It shows you what you receive instead of what you're giving up, which can be confusing as others have said. I look for which properties are checked in the side screen that shows everything you own instead of the center pane - that makes it easier.
