Anybody bought the Note PRO 12.2?

It looks like reviews are starting to pop up for the Note pro. It seems to be a pretty solid choice for a tablet, some decently nice features. 4x multiwindow, full office-like suite, S-pen, etc.

That guy sets the standard for how a review should be done. He sounds uber professional, explains features that are a benefit to the buyer. If I were a mfg like Samsung i'd give the guy a free product so he could review my product.

Today, at BestBuy, I'm going to check it out. At present, it's not in the budget. In a few months, who knows?
Also, a co-worker has seen it and was impressed.
The option to use a bt mouse and keyboard is nice.
One reviewer commented on the office software having very good compatibility with MS Office.
With it's larger screen, the multi-window (4 no less) feature could be very useful.

I havn’t decided yet wether to buy this tablet on payday on the 26th or wait till the end of march. It’s my birthday march 6th so thought might as well threat myself to one but I need to add to my savings hmm....
It’s the last tablet I will buy for quite a few years so I know it will last me a long time.

I just bought my daughter the Note 10.1 2014 edition for Xmas last month. Does anyone know of a link that compares the 10.1/2014 to the 12.2 Pro?
I've not been overly impressed with hers thus far. I mean its fine for a consumption device, but the note taking is actually not as easy as I'd hoped.

The newer version of Hancom Office needs to be released to the App Store. If you need a Microsoft office replacement, it looks amazing. The Note pro seems to come with it bundled.

I cannot find an Android app that can play back animations/special effects of PowerPoint files. Any idea?
I think it comes with a Remote PC App that also allows connections to the Mac. With Ethernet connection, it may be useful.
I guess one way strategy is to buy the Note PRO now and if Apple comes up with something better next year, trade in.

Was one of my biggest qualms with the Note 10.1 (2014) that I tried for about a month--hardware buttons made it awkward to use/hold.
Also, I've read quite a few complaints over on Android Central about the build quality of the Pro 8.4. Most love the look, feel of the device and have nothing but praise for the display but I've seen a few early buyers comment that they've already returned theirs do to shoddy build quality.
Damn the screen is perfect to draw on. Too bad android does not have enough polished productivity apps.

Depends on what you call "productivity".
If productivity for you is a nice app design then ok for you.
For me productivity is having an accessible file manager, being able to share any file through email or BT, being able to easily send files from one app to another thanks to android's share feature (this you can't do on iOS), being able to download and upload any file to cloud services or my own NAS at home, etc.
I laugh when people say iOS has better "productivity" apps.

At BestBuy, I had a good look at the new tablets and was very impressed. First, I played with the NotePro 12.2 and loved it; it was not in any way too big. In fact, the size was a huge plus. In using multi-window, the 4 separate windows is nice and you can see that it's really meant for a large screen. The 12 was very responsive and felt sturdy. Also, for it's size, it felt pretty light. Even though the new ui is interesting, I will use Nova. Too bad it's not cheaper.
As for the 8.4, the screen is fantastic. It will make a great indoor ereader. To date, I have never seen a better screen. Also, with it being a bit narrower than the mini, it feels better in the hand. I saw no lag (on any of them). However, I love the s pen so no tab pros for me.
Though all are nice, they are on the expensive side.
The materials are typical Samsung; not bad, but not high end (my Note 3 is the same). For me, not an issue; for others, maybe.
Most likely, I'm going to get the 12. Unfortunately, it won't be for a few months.

I meant creative productivity. Design, drawing, music production, video editing etc.
