Anybody ever shop from Lunashops before?

Hey ya'll, been a while, but I'm actually looking to buy this nifty gadget here: http://lunashops.com/goods.php?id=39 which converts any component signal into PURE, CRISP CLEAN VGA (I've read the reviews, it's the real deal it seems like) - which is perfect for playing a PS2 or Xbox 1 in pure, clean VGA due to the box actually upscaling a 480i signal, too (and 95% of Xbox 1 titles are in 480P, anyways )

Ok, so, my Q is, has any ever shopped there before, and are they real, legitimate, and fast on their shipping?

Evidently other people from the Mac community of ordered from that site (seems like it anyways), and there are evidently some high quality, low-priced Chinese products from there (better quality than any other company below a couple hundred of dollars it seems, if not more, at least w/ that video upscaler/encoder I posted): http://forums.macosxhints.com/showthread.php?t=107339

So...why would you want to convert component to VGA?

I mean...you keep harping on pure, clean, crisp...refreshing...VGA...but the output will only be as good as the input and one would expect some signal loss anyway with non-digital sources.

Component itself it an extremely high quality video output. You won't get any better converting it to VGA....it will be (hopefully) imperceptibly worse (by maybe 2-3% based on signal loss).

NOW, if your monitor/TV only has VGA input for some reason...then I guess this is a reasonable way to go.

FINALLY, a reply! I'm looking to convert my PlayStation 2 Component video out into VGA so I'll be able to enjoy high quality, sharp, clear, detailed picture from my PS2 on my PC monitor, as well as from Xbox 1 or Wii.

I was just curious if Lunashops is reliable, ?

The trick to getting older consoles like the PS2 to look good on any LCD display is not about upscaling it's all about deinterlacing. If you're looking to display your PS2 on a PC monitor then I assume you also have a PC there as well? If so what I did was buy a cheap $20 capture card for my PC then hooked my PS2's s-video output to the capture card and on the PC run the following free software:-

DScaler

DScaler contains a wealth of deinterlacing and image correction options and will make you PS2 image look fantastic.

My set up consists of my PS2 connected to my PC's capture card running DScaler and my PC hooked up to my 37" Samsung via HDMI and the results are great much better than trying to hook the PS2 directly to the TV, even with component.

I've tried a couple of different signal convertor boxes like you linked to and to be honest they just arn't that good, while most of them upscale pretty well I havn't found one yet with a good deinterlacer.
