You will be fine. I picked up two phones there around 9pm and the store was empty. I asked if they had a lot left and the woman gave me a sad "yea...". Unless there is some kind of crazy mad rush to Apple, you will have no issues.

I was there in the first 2 or 3 hundred people, got an 8gb and love it. Apple says every store in NJ will be in stock tomorrow.
