Hi, I got a 15 Pro Max few days ago but sometimes when I launched a camera app (could be 3rd party like Blackmagic), the screen became dark. Is there something wrong with the phone? Is this normal? I often use the 5x lens. For my old 6S+, this happened often even with the stock camera app.

Anybody has dark screen when camera app is launched on the 15 Pro Max?

I went to an Apple store to ask for a replacement. I asked the staff why this happened. She said perhaps it is because of the new Titanium case. How could a new case material caused the problem?!
If non of you has this problem, could this be caused by using Quick Start during set up of the new phone using the old iPhone 6S+ which often has this dark screen issue? Is it better to just install the app one by one rather than do such automatic approach which may copy incompatible stuffs to the new phone?
