I ask this so because I am apply to college and I need 4 out of all California State Universities that offer, not just graphic design programs, but good ones.

I know that CSULB has a really good program for graphic design, but I need at least 3 more to take advantage of my application fee waiver.

Here is a list of all the CSUs that offer graphic design:

Chico
East Bay
Fullerton
Long Beach
Los Angeles
Pomona
Sacramento
San Bernardino
San Diego
San Jose
San Luis Obispo

Now, I need to narrow the cream of the crop, to just 3 schools. Please remember that I am considering private schools. I am just focusing on the CSUs for now to, once again, take advantage of my fee waiver.

If anyone has had experience with these schools, know somebody or is very involved with graphic design and the CSU system, I would appreciate if you provide your opinion.

Thanks!

Cal Poly in SLO is amazing at literally everything and you owe it to yourself to apply there.

chico chico!

while i had originally applied to chico and SLO [which denied me], it was most definitely for the better. at SLO one is on a solid track within the design program and other courses of study on campus are closed off [at least it was when i was looking] - at chico the whole campus is your oyster, complete with fantastic fine art offerings to bring some good hands on technique to your design classes. finally, i managed to be taught by an amazing array of professors throughout the years.
