good point there~ I think...the mouse button is also the palmrest? :D

Yeah I would say it would be a good option if it wasn't for that really long trackpad. No place for your wrists!

We've seen it multiple times. In fact, it made its first appearance ever from some newly registered poster on this website.

Many, if not most people, think it's a fake.

Looks fake to me. I have a feeling that Apple will go beyond what we expect and surprise us all (no enormous trackpad).

the form factor is perfect for an ultra-portable pro. but i think the multi touch touch pad should be integrated into the casing but still allowing space for your wrists so the mouse button does not need to match the size of the trackpad. like this:

and yes that is my attempt at a keyboard and i did use skitch.

Nice. That would be pretty cool, but there would have to be some kind of visible boundary for the trackpad... unless its the entire case under the keyboard. But with a limited portion of sensitive material that is integrated to the point of invisibility might trouble users who go off the edges without knowing it. Maybe just a faint line or indentation of some kind.

And that mockup is most certainly fake. My first impression was that it wasn't even trying to pass itself off as real, because of the trackpad and the huge bezel around the screen. Nice thought though.

Just so you all know there was a post on another forum (forget which one) that explained how one could "block out" certain parts of the touchpad so if you hand did hit it it would move...just so you know...still I think it is photoshoped!

You have you wrists on the computer?.....you use your computer for more than just porn?....is that even possible?

WHAT WOULD MULTI TOUCH EVEN DO???

*breathes* we can already scroll and zoom with the existing trackpad. hold down ctrl while you scroll.

and what a ridiculous photoshop.... lol
