One of the things i love about CNN is that they have CNN Live on their website, which allows you to tune into a certain live video feed that you'd like to watch. I dont have an iPad so i can't tell, but does it work on the iPad? I thought CNN.com was listed as compatible, but when i right click on the video the "About Adobe Flash Player 9" pops up.

CNN.com is great on the iPad, videos and all. But unfortunately CNN Live does not work. Maybe soon.

Unfortunately you will not be able to view CNN live video because they require the Adobe Flash player. From what I have read in other threads regarding the Flash issue, it appears Apple and Adobe cannot get together on this issue. If you want to dig deeper, you can find those threads on this forum.

So the newbie says you can't watch CNN Live and tries to explain the history of the Flash debate while the Demi-God says it's possible. Go figure .

demi-gods just pay money to not see ads. That doesnt make me a reliable source.

The fact is nobody can watch the whole CNN channel live on the internet. Not even on cnn.com using flash.

You can watch selective live video using the iPhone app on the iPad or on cnn.com using flash.
