anydvd and handbrake

I am using anydvd in parallels and manually moving them to my mac for conversion to mp4 in handbrake, then moving them again to itunes. The process would be fine if I was doing just a couple of dvd's but I'm doing over 500. Now I have read the sticky at the top regarding the automator, I just can't seem to get it to work though. What I am picturing, at least to me seems fairly simple. A program that will monitor a folder (ripped VOB files in a TS folder) push them to handbrake which would then convert to mp4 and move them to itunes. Does such a program exist?
